Besharam" is a Bollywood film released in 2013. To complicate matters further, Babli falls in love with Tara (played by Pallavi Sharda), a girl who works for a social organization that aims to expose corrupt politicians like Bheem Singh. Tara is initially unaware of Babli's criminal activities and his connection to the stolen car.

As the story unfolds, Babli finds himself torn between his love for Tara, his desire to protect the orphanage, and his need to confront Bheem Singh. The movie combines elements of comedy, action, and romance as Babli navigates the challenges and tries to redeem himself in the eyes of society.
